November 2026 IB Business Case Study Is Here: Lemon Magic

The November 2026 IB Business case study has officially been released, and this session brings a fun twist. Instead of the usual large multinational, the case study centers on Lemon Magic, a small business. If you're preparing for Paper 1, this shift means fresh angles to think through around growth, resources, and decision-making on a smaller scale.

Where to Find It

The case study is available on MyIB, under the Business Management session-specific material. Teachers should check there first for the official document, and students should get it from their teacher.

Why Lemon Magic Is Different

Most IB Business case studies focus on large, established companies. Lemon Magic flips that script, giving students the chance to explore the challenges and opportunities unique to small businesses, think limited resources, tighter margins, and more direct customer relationships. It's a great opportunity to apply Paper 1 concepts in a new context.
